"We used to love this place. Unfortunately, the last 3 times we have been here the service has been horrible. Tonight was definitely the worst experience. My husband, our 4 year old and myself went for dinner; it was very busy so we expected a little bit of a wait; however after 45 I had to ask about our food. It came out about 10-15mins later but was cold. I would be less upset about the wait time if our food came out hot, however waiting an hour for our food for it to be cold is incredibly frustrating."
"Amazing place to eat. Meals came out fast and hot, everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing, especially if you eat outside. 10/10"
"Food: Really bad. The food served to us was awful. Cold fries, stale and stone cold sausage buns, over salted Caesar salad. We (two couples dining together) sent it all back. We got refunded, but that's not the point. Prepping sausages and fries is not difficult. Facility: The serving station and kitchen are in full view of the public and the photos kind of say it all. Keeping a food serving business clean should be a top priority, as should hygienic handling of cleaning equipment by food servers (see photo). Transactions: Being asked to pay (and tip!) upfront is a huge discourtesy to paying customers. At 8pm on a Saturday evening, this place should be buzzing. It was practically empty. Folks do tend to vote with their feet. The good news is that a talented food and service professional could turn things around quickly. This place could and should be a gold mine."
"Such a chill place! The food hits the spot. The pretzel is so soft and buttery and delicious. You can't go wrong with any of the sausage choices! Great place for a casual quick bite to eat."
"Always love this place. The atmosphere is like Germany with excellent German food. Make sure you stop here! The pretzel is huge, and you have to get the beer cheese."
