"Their smoothies taste fine until you find a hair in it. When I called for a refund they refused to give me one over the phone and made me download the app to REQUEST a refund. I had a hair in my smoothie, drank some, and now have to wait to see if I can even get money back?! Absolutely ridiculous, this company needs a better system and this locations workers need better customer service training."

"Excellent service, peaceful cafe. Would drink my smoothie off the floor if it spilled, luckily that hasn’t been necessary as the foam containers are structurally sound"

"I have always had great customer service, but unfortunately the cafe is very dirty. The bathroom is filthy, tables are all scattered, chairs are scattered, the floor needs to be sweep and mopped , most of the light bulbs are burned out, there has been a ladder and boxes in the hallway to the bathrooms now for months, terrible dust on the a/c vents, the filter is black on the a/c intake, today no cookies in the display, signs were down on the counter. There is no excuse to a dirty facility."

"This place has the worst customer service and doesn’t care if they get the order right or wrong!! Also why have a phone number if no one picks up?! The only reason why I go is it’s healthier than regular fast food options on the go. I’ve had watered down smoothies to sandwiches with no sauce and barely any meat to just plain ok wrong sandwich made period!! Tropical smoothie should take better pride in how they treat their customers!! And if you don’t want the job go somewhere else but don’t make the environment suck for everyone that has to deal with you"

"today is 01-21-2022 I arrived at tropical smoothie at 9:45 pm, google and the front door says they close at 10:00pm At 9:45 the door was locked with 2 employees in side they saw me and did nothing so I called and one of the employees answered and stated that they “closed the line” so they couldn’t make 2 smoothies. I drove to this one specifically because they were open!"
