"Didn't know that they had gotten rid of the Balsamic Vinagerette dressing a year ago. Got a salad that tasted like fruit, GROSS!!! If I wanted a fruit salad I would have ordered one, and quite frankly that isn't for you to decide Panera. Literally the only reason I ever came to Panera. So Byeeeee!!!!"
"I keep trying this location because it's most convenient for me. However, I can't remember the number of times I've had wrong or missing items from my orders, there have been so many. Disappointing when you forget to check your to go order, and realize after you get home 8 miles later it's not correct... Most times I remember, except for last week when I ordered Fuji Apple salad with chicken, but found there was no chicken. I went back, the manager on duty got it corrected, but never apologized for the inconvenience. I think I might be done with this location."
"Good place to eat a quick lunch. Most of the PB need updating and or a severe cleaning. Coffee pots have grim on spouts and drink area in some are just plan filthy. The cashier's are their for a paycheck only. They use to be very personable and warm welcoming. We have the dip club so we go almost every day."
"Food was just so so, all bagets were "sold out", many items out of stock. the atmosphere was old, it needed a refresher in such a new store, Our name was not called out so our food just sat in the window. The store was a bit dirty and it was almost closing time. No toilet paper in the women's restroom."
"My wife and I ate lunch here on a Friday and had a delicious meal! We each got a pick-2 and enjoyed it. I didn’t see my normal frontega chicken sandwich on the menu but when I asked for it, they had it! This new location was a smart choice and the layout of the restaurant was easy to maneuver. The parking lot had plants if spaces too. The only downside I found was the entrance to the parking lot is small and not easy to get around."
