"This location is extremely GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL! I came in for a happy meal for my daughter and a meal for myself. I ordered on the kiosk! It took 15mins for somebody to even acknowledge that I was at the counter because the employees and the manager were too busy playing, arguing, listening to their air pods and joking around! Absolutely unbelievable! Definitely need better management who train their employees how to work and have better customer service skills! Had I not already paid, i would’ve walked out!"

"This McDonald's is poorly managed. I had to wait over 8 minutes for my order then was given an incorrect burger. I took it to the manager and asked for the correct order. She gave me an incorrect burger twice but I was so hungry that I just picked off all the onions (there was a lot) and ate it."

"Ordered three meal items with sauces. Items were missing. Make sure you check your items before leaving because they will not tell you if they are out of things."

"Just about every order through the drive-through is messed up. I suggest staying away from the place till they can figure out how to get an order right. This "last straw" order was correct on the outside screen. I paid my money but wasn't given a receipt, and there wasn't one in the bag. At first said the holiday pies would take 30 min to cook. We requested our money back, and the pies magically appeared. They missed the drinks, and I had to remind them. We checked our order in the bag on the way out, which had two missing cheeseburgers. I tried to take the order into the restaurant at 9:30 pm, but they had locked the doors. The door and Google said the dining room was open until 11 pm. There were customers still eating inside. The McDonald's employee at the door didn't care and walked away, shrugging their shoulders. Never again will I go here. Way too many employees goofing off in the dining room. I don't understand why they take so long to mess up orders."

"Visited this location today at 2:00. Saw at least 6 employees “working”, yet no one would help anyone. Thankfully, a kind customer helped me figure out how to place my special order through the kiosk. Otherwise, I would have walked out because I asked an employee for help and she literally turned around and walked away. Two more customers after me asked for help, and they were given the same treatment. Will NEVER visit this location again! Oh, and when I finally got my food, it was cold. Cold fries, cold special-order quarter pounder."
