Bojangles

"I’d love to review the food but I’ve never actually successfully gotten an order. Last night was the third time I attempted to order the tailgate pack. It was 7 PM on a saturday, there was actually a football game on TV. But they had no chicken. Nothing dropped, minimum 30 minute wait. This is the THIRD and last time this has happened. There won’t be a fourth, I’ve learned. Why have family meals on the menu?"

"The customer service at the restaurant is horrendous. It is ran by only teenagers. The wait time is anywhere from 15-45 mins for any order. The later you go in the night, the longer you will wait and the less food they will have available. The staff are usually on their phones, cussing at each other or being disrespectful to the customers or each other. Some staff have even admitted to being “drunk at work”.The food is somehow still good, but good luck getting what you ordered and/or in a timely manner."

"I drove through the drive-through and I was waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I had to ask was anyone there because no one said hold for a minute at all. Then I had to place two orders one number nine and number 10. Do you know how to repeat myself for a second time because the lady did not hear me. Once I got up to the drive through window. I made sure I said my order again. So there was no issues with my food order before I drove away. Once I got home with my family, I had check the bags to make sure everything looked OK. The green beans were old and cold and smelled funny like they have expired. The spicy chicken sandwich bun was burnt. My wife called them twice yesterday and no one answered the phone. To let them now that their food was not good quality. We would like a refund back. For the poor quality food. The next step is to call the home office for Bojangles."

"We come to Bojangles every time we come down south and my experience at this one was excellent. We came here after another one we went to had closed the dining room… The woman at the counter (Alandra) was so nice. We took forever and were confused when ordering but she was patient and kind to us. They brought our food over to our table & of course, everything was fantastic."
