"I have lived across the street from this location going on 3 years.. it’s very convenient to come here, however as long as I lived here their shake machine is always down. When I say always down I mean ALWAYS. I’ve never been able to order a milkshake. I’m beginning to think this location just doesn’t serve milkshakes that they advertise. It’s laughable at this point lol"
"The food is good here, especially the Wagyu beef burger. The service was a little slow considering the place was completely empty except for us, but the staff was polite. We did a pickup order to go in the app and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. This is definitely a good place to go if you're not in a hurry and don't want to wait in a long line. The dining area was clean."
"the inside was closed at lunch time. the drive thru had 1 car at the window. I ordered the hush puppie breaded fish and fries well done. they had my box redy by the time I pulled up so I already knew they didn't cook my food well done fresh and hot. I pick up 1 of the 5 small planks of the fish and it broke in half. I handed the box back to them and told them i wanted fresh hot and well fish and fries. she told me to pull up and 2 minutes later she returned to my window with the box. fish was hot and fries wasn't. I just pulled off and said to myself that I'll never go back and spend my money with them no more. 5 small fish sticks like fish and luke warm curly fries for $12.60 too expensive SMFH"
"Hadn't had Arby's in a long time decided to go as they are opened after 9pm. What a waste of time and money. If I remember they used to carry Pepsi products not any more. Wanted to get meal and milkshake. Well sign stated unavailable. Also had to tell them lights was off on sign, shows no one come there often. Still got meal asked for curly fries because that's the only way to go. Omg they was luke warm at best and I had already drove off, not worth turning around. But the sandwich just look at the picture bread burnt, toasted hard? I don't know how they are still in business. They won't get any more of my business."
