"You have to place an order on the machine or via mobile app. None of the employees acknowledge you at all. Service is super slow with no explanation. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 apple pie and waited 22 minutes (based on employee conversation it was waiting for them to make 1 of the breakfast sandwiches). Food tastes fine but the wait and lack of customer service is horrible. I wish restaurants would go back to actually speaking with their customers but this is the new reality."

"Never got to eat here since the employees including the manager was focused on the drive thru. Not even a we will be right with you. When she finally did tell an employee to take our order she had already filled at least 10 drive through orders. The employee she told to wait on us had already made eye contact with us and never said a thing until he was told to wait on us. By this time I had enough and walked out. You can go down the street to another mcdonalds that will serve you quicker with better customer service."

"My little girl insists on going to McDs. This time, even she said the chicken nuggets were not very good. But these were clearly very well done or very old. She says here taste! So I grudgingly agree. It was like eating chicken fried croutons. My nephew threw his away. $30 of leftover food. We arrived a little after 1pm. I'm pretty sure my Big Mac was prepared around 1130am. A very dry Big Mac, the special sauce could not even save. I'm sure my little girl will insist I return. Such a pity I will have to go since her mother refuses!"

"Now I know this location has its reputation but figured we'd give it a try. Just order two combos with Diet Cokes to make it easier/faster. Whelp to be fair it was quick... but the two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles ended up as a sausage mcgriddles (no egg or cheese) then... a chicken and cheese mcgriddle (no egg and no idea where a chicken patty came into the mix). By the time we found out we were down the road and our infant was not in the mood to be in the car anymore so we just ate it."

"This place rates worst. I was the only one in the place and it took 15min to get my order. After 10 min I went and asked about it and the cook ran out screaming it takes 4 minutes to cook! Well what happened to the other 6 minutes? While I waited I noticed the lobby was nasty, tables dirty etc. I finally got my food and took a bite and eeeewwwww! Cold burger? old cheese? Nope! Take this back! I'll go elsewhere. The good thing is I did get my money back. What a dump! Learn customer service."
