Wendy's

"They got me! I usually try to avoid fast food, but I was in a hurry. For a change, there was no line as I looked over from the intersection, so I turned in. Pulled right up, ordered my food, pulled around, paid for my food and then they told me to pull into the mobile order spots. That's when I realized I had been bamboozled! Every car around me (5-7 vehicles) had people in them and they were all waiting for food. They diverted the line to the parking spaces to keep the actual line clear and keep people pulling in. This was very misleading! Then the food runner asked what my order was and said she had to make it. Then, we realized she was missing one of the kid's meals. 23 minutes from the time I ordered, I finally had all of my food (see photo of receipt and time). This is not fast food!"

"I've only successfully ordered anything from this location once. It feels like every single time I decide to give it another chance something is wrong. The card reader doesn't work, or maybe they don't accept cash another day, or maybe nobody comes to the drive thru intercomm at all. It's like they do everything in their power to not serve you food or run a business. The inside never seems to be open, either. I have no idea what this location's deal is. Go to a different Wendy's, because chances are you aren't getting anything from this store even if you wanted to."

"Very rude and unprofessional drive thru person, while taking second part of order I ordered Coke with meal, to be then told they were out of coke even though I had ordered it with the first. Pulled around , was told I was being "given" the two small frosties because they didn't ring up . Ok I guess, then as they are putting the drinks in the drink holder I had to ask for , I noticed that one of the drinks were med and one large , when I stated I ordered both meals large , they went" c'mon really" shut the window and did fix the order but after that not word. Got home , the fry sizes were med and large, had 2 of the 4 burgers wrong , so I don't know what this person on the drive thru was going through but it definitely reflected in the result. I nor anyone in my family will return to this location as a result of this experience"

"Food was good. Fries were hot. Burger was good. My issue ? The drive-thru ! Good grief ! SLOOWWWWWW AS MOLASSES. If I wasn't so hungry, I would've pulled off. A couple of other cars behind me actually did leave. The wait was terribly long. They need to work on that."

"Sorriest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The employees are rude and lazy! Walk in to order and sit and eat bc I have a toddler that I need to help feed and three enployees look at me but never say a word, then two mins later a man says we’re only taking orders through the drive thru. Every time I come to this Wendy’s there’s a problem! Most of the time the employees have in air pods and “can’t hear you when you ask them questions “ or so they act."
