"Mickey D's knows fast food, and they know it well. I've never waited more than 1 minute for my food at any McDonalds, and this joint is no exception. The staff are all nice, whether I order at 6am or 6pm. I would give 5 stars, but McDonalds is charging sit-down restaurant prices now so I can't."

"A typical McDonald's. This one seems to operate a little slower than others in the area when things get busy. Most McDonald's now don't pay much attention to the front counter and expect everyone to order at the kiosk. A holdover from COVID, but hopefully this will become a little more balanced as time goes on. The Kiosks are convenient when it's busy, but when it's slower it's faster to have someone take your order at the counter."

"Placed an order at McDonald’s on Timberlake this evening. I went through the drive-through. Both, the person who took our money, and the person who handed us our food, did not say a word. Not hello, not thank you, nothing. Very off putting but we continued on. I had a special order for one of the burgers. When I got to my destination and open the bag- the print out on top of the box ( that the burger was in ) had the correct ingredients. But on the inside the burger had not changed and they just gave me the typical ingredients without paying attention to what the print out instructions.. Customer Service gets a flat zero and the food was not much better. There are a lot of McDonald’s in Lynchburg to go to and I will NOT be going back to this one."

"this reviews on how they treat you when you order it at home and come and pick it up using there curbside service. I ordered four hamburgers extra pickle extra onion i took picture so you could see what I was talking about. That's right no extra pickle no extra onion and they were cold plus it took longer to get by 6 car then if I had just waited in the drive thru. SO POOR SERVICE BAD FOOD."
