"Placed an online order to expedite my time in store. There is no Pick Up Area. They lost part of my order and didn’t look for it just canceled the item and refunded it. The Self Service Checkout Kiosk was broken but no sign. The line was 15 customers deep, they couldn’t keep up, I waited 30mins before I was at the front of the line."

"Would not recommend. Had about a 5 second low effort issue for them to resolve in finding a product and just got gaffed off by 4 employees. Would not recommend. There is a different location opening up by the Safeway in bristow, will just be using that one when it opens."

"Do not shop here, they will sell you old brakes. The picture it was sold to me. I'm not the first customer that was sold old brakes, there are at least three other people I know that have had this problem. Guess someone is stealing them. Update: When I went to return them, they acted as if I was the one trying to scam them. Please avoid and also check your purchases before leaving the store."

Zach not only inspected my battery to see what the issue was and if a warranty period was covered, but he also ran me through all the different battery types that would work for my car and explained the benefits of each one. He did all this while manning two separate registers and helping them at the same time. Afterwards he installed by battery extremely quickly. Zach is definitely who I will be working with in the future, and I recommend anyone to request him when they need help due to not only his knowledge of the industry, but his phenomenal attitude."
