"Had a daughter that needed new headlight bulbs for her car. Me living in Utah I couldn't help her. She was in Autozone looking to purchase them when she called me to make sure what she needed. I told her to check with the sales staff for the right part and to see if they could install them. Their answer was no on the installation. I then instructed her to go to O'Reilly Auto where I knew they would install them. While she was on her way I called to make sure they had the part in stock. I spoke to Mark and confirmed they had the part available. I then asked if they would install them which he said he would be happy to. Needless to say everything went smoothly. He had the part ready at the counter when my daughter arrived and with some help had them installed within a matter of minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of their service and willingness to help every customer with whatever they need. Thank you Mark."
"So this orally is nice and clean and I would have given it 5 stars, HOWEVER the prices are kinda expensive and the guys didn't know how to use the computer so overall the place and workers are nice but please lower you prices just a bit because I can go to advance auto parts and I can get oil for 20$ less than that place and it's the truth so orally lower your prices Update: they lowered there prices so I'm satisfied"
"Incredibly helpful staff. Four guys there waiting on someone to help. All four scrambled around looking for a grommet and oil filler cap for me. Told them I'd review the store! Incredible customer service and it doesn't smell like weed like the AutoZone does across the street! Give them some business!"
"The wait is over, they're open and even have the new car smell. This is an ultra-hub that supplies other O'Reilly locations so parts should be readily available. They are fully open although some construction is still going on in the parking lot. Currently in a soft launch and will have a grand opening in the coming months."
