"I’ve had the opportunity to use this Carquest on a few occasions and they never disappoint. Prompt customer service, honesty, polite, and knowledgeable. I worked with the manager, Jimmy, and he always tries to figure the best solution for your issue and how he can get you the part if he doesn’t have it at his store. He’ll even make phone calls to verify that it’s at another store. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but it’s not hard to find here at this Car Quest. I’ll definitely be using these guys again. - by the way, I saw another review that complained about the service. If waiting 8 minutes in your life is too much time, then you’ve never experienced the customer service industry. No one can ever be served immediately 100% of the time. That’s a fact of life. Then to leave two bad reviews from two separate emails/accounts is just childish. Go run your own store and see what it’s like before slamming others."

"Customer service is not dead. The staff is knowledgeable and the manager, Jimmy, really cares. They go above and beyond. Two other places couldn't help me but these guys were able to explain what my van needed and advise me as to the best products to fix it. No wonder they just won manager of the year and store of the year. It's a 40 minute drive for me, but worth the trip to get it done right the first time."
