"8106 Sudley is not the closest NAPA store to me, but it is the one I always go to. Whether its parts for a 23 year old Chevy Diesel truck or just a hand full of lug nuts, they either have it or can get it in a reasonable amount of time. No disinterested kids on staff - only experienced parts guys who often can answer your question before you finish asking it. Not always the least expensive, but you know, I'd rather pay a few dollars more and get the right part the first time. From this location, it is always the right part the first time."
"Had the best price and warranty for my car battery compared to Autozone, Advanced Auto, and Pep Boys. Napa was $125 for 84 months. The closest was $150 for 48 months."
"Can I PLEASE brag about Evelyn real quick. On vacation and my moms 2005 ford sporttrac is having issues. We need new calipers, rotors and break pads. Called all around looking for parts. Pep boys wanted to charge us 859 dollars.. that wasnt an option. I finally called napa. Evelyn helped get every single part I needed. Called another store for the kit we needed and had it brought there. She is the epitome of amazing customer service. She was very straightforward with advice. She helped us more than anyone else did. Pointed us in the right direction. Our vacation could have been a huge bust and blow out because of this huge inconvenience. Shes an angel, my mom and I are forever greatful."
