"Been taking my car there for years and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. Took it there for inspection and they failed it saying it needed new bushings. Quoted me over $1000 to have it done. Had them replaced somewhere else who told me they didn’t really need replaced and shouldn’t have failed. Took it back to be reinspected at an 8:00am appointment and was made to wait an hour until I finally had enough and questioned why it was taking so long. I felt it like they were punishing me for not letting them fix it and were waiting to see how long I’d sit there. Was told it was because there were cars ahead of me. I had the appointment for a week so why were there multiple cars ahead of me?! It was ready not 2 minutes later. Very disappointed that a (up until now) loyal customer was treated this way. I had multiple people tell me the price quoted was ridiculous and totally unreasonable. Thought I had found an honest garage, but…"

I waited while they changed out the tires on my truck and found the lounges comfortable with ample space to stretch out and relax. The customer service is excellent. Steven spoke clearly on what was going on my vehicle and all the options that I had. Even after repairs were done he called back to ensure if I was satisfied with the work they had done. I love what they do and I hope they keep this level of quality and care in the future."
