"I have used this jewelry and watch repair for many years. It’s 45 minutes drive from my house, but the quality of work and excellent customer service makes it worth the drive. Drop off your items when you arrive at the mall, shop/eat, and pick up before leaving. They’re great!"

He spent time with me to make sure I was taken care of and got everything done in 1 hour. For just over a $100 getting all that done at high quality was a good deal. "I stopped by here to get the battery in my G-Shock watch replaced. The initial replacement went off quickly and I had my watch back within 30 mins. My battery quit on me again the very next day, and when I brought it back in, they covered the replacement under warranty without even needing my receipt, and I haven't had any issues since then. The clerk at the desk was very knowledgeable and polite. Great job with the customer service! I will definitely come back here if I need any other watch h repairs done. Service for the watch battery replacement and 1 yr warranty was $39."
