"This place is great they have a really good variety of jewelry but also the customer service is excepcional the manager Aaron was Great! he had so much patience to help us with what we needed it and make the process seamless for us I’m really grateful he was there. We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area. We highly recommend."

"I came in looking for some earrings and found the one’s I wanted. Unfortunately neither of ladies working on 11/30/23, in Tysons, around 2pm, acknowledged me. I even made eye contact and signaled if they could help me. I don’t know if it’s because they thought I wasn’t going to spend money? Either way I saw one lady helping one person the other was free and on her phone the whole time. And at one point both looked and me and still didn’t acknowledge me. I waited about 7mins, waiting for a “hi, I’ll be right with you just let me finish with this customer.” They only were helping 1 at the time. I literally would have not minded to wait if their customer service would have been better. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t even get a “hello, I’ll be right with you once I finish up here”. That I walked away and purchased the earrings at Macy’s which was next door to them. Please be mindful of customers and not just the ones your working with because you got them at the register ready to pay."

"They lied to me like 7 times, the first worker tried to convince me that stainless steel tarnishes, then told me to get the 14k gold. Just to get more money out of me. Then when i came back a second time, I talked to a different employee she was extremely rude. When I pointed to an earring she said they're for children, I told her i was a minor and she scolded me and said I'm not a child. I wouldn't have cared so much, but it made me frustrated because when I was talking to the first employee I pointed to the same exact earring and she never mentioned that it was for children. So obviously both of these workers were trying to get more money out of me. I don't recommend this place."

"Ya know when the guy at the counter would rather be standing outside the liquor store drinking a 40 oz or smoking pot behind the bleachers? Yeah. That. That's what you get when you go to Banter by Piercing Pagoda in Tysons. The guy was unintelligible, not because he'd travelled days on a rickety boat to escape war, not because he'd walked a thousand miles for a better life. No -- just because he can't be bothered to speak proper English -- at work. The Pagoda was his personal hangout, goofing with his friends behind and in front of the counter. Checking his phone. He was disgusting, absolute garbage, something you pay a lot of money to never encounter again. It's absolutely gross what people raise, today. That this creep gets a job (it was clearly his mom or grandma running the store; he'd never get a job elsewhere) is unimaginable, and in Tysons. Fit for hanging out in front of the liquor store or smoking pot behind the bleachers, this brat was not fit for anything else. So if you want to feel like you're in southeast DC on a stoop in the projects waiting for your next drug dealer to come around, go to Banter by Piercing Pagoda in Tysons Corner."

"1 star if not for 1 employee Few days ago I went to get my ear pierced and to exchange an earring under warranty. I mentioned I want to get the warranty again for the same earrings I’m exchanging. The older lady working charged me for the initial earring for the piercing and warranty so to double check I asked if the warranty is for the cross earring (the one im exchanging). She lied to my face and said yes. If it’s an older lady make sure you avoid her service. If it’s the younger chick I highly recommend. She’s super nice and professional. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she’s the only reason I’m leaving 3 stars after being lied to my face. Without the recent experience with the lady I’d give them 5 stars so if you don’t want to get cheated just avoid that."
