"Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and overall customer service I received. I purchased a piece that was not in-store so I was told it would be ordered and shipped FedEx 2 day. It was never delivered, so I called to check the status and was told I would get a call back. Two days later, no call back. I called again and received an elaborate explanation that the order was just sitting in the system and no one had processed it. They would look into it and call me back. A day later, no call back. Once again I called to check the status, because at this point, I was charged for the item without knowing whether or not it was on its way or if I'm going to be receiving it. Finally I was given a tracking number for the order and was told I will receive it in a few days and that I needed to be home to sign for it otherwise it will go back to the warehouse. I work full-time and was off at the time it was supposed to be delivered, so hopefully I will be home to receive it. Ridiculous run-around and pretty embarrassing on DY's part. It makes the customer feel like you're quick to take their money but don't deliver or communicate on your part. Not a good look for a luxury brand."

"I came into this specific store with full intentions of buying a $9000 men’s wedding band however, my spouse and I were completely ignored when we walked in by two guys who were standing at the front of the store. The only person who acknowledged my spouse and I was Alejandro Jose, he was super friendly, helpful and best of all not JUDGEMENTAL! Like the other employees who were there at the time. I definitely feel like we were judge just because we were dressed pretty lax, next time hopefully these employees will think twice before ignoring someone no matter how they are dressed. Thanks again Alejandro for being so amazing! I absolutely love my ring."

"I recently visited the David Yurman store and unfortunately had a less-than-satisfactory encounter with a staff member named Ericka Schlax. As a long-time collector of David Yurman pieces, I have always appreciated the brand's commitment to quality and service. Regrettably, my experience this weekend was subpar. Ericka did not introduce herself, and her customer service was noticeably lacking in warmth and courtesy. Unlike other patrons who were offered refreshments to enhance their shopping experience, I felt rushed and unwelcome. This experience was particularly disheartening as I was celebrating a special occasion – my anniversary. The notable difference in treatment left me disappointed and questioning the level of service at this establishment. I believe in the brand's reputation and hope that this feedback contributes to addressing any lapses in customer service. While my recent experience has left me hesitant to consider returning, I trust that the management will take steps to ensure a more positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers."

"Terrible experience. Before catching my flight, I decided to visit this location. I walked in, and noticed there was only one other customer in the store who was being helped already. I walked in and passed through four employees who were just starring at me. Nobody greeted me, or offered assistance. I walked all the way to the back, then walked all the way back to the front of store until someone asked if I needed help. The lady that helped me was nice, patient, and good. My ring size was in the back in stock so I waited. As I waited, a couple walked in wearing Gucci clothing and shoes and the four employees that ignored me pounced on them like piranhas. I was a first time customer who has a decent salary 6 digits , committed to buying and perhaps buying more... however employees made it such a negative experience. The employee named Yuliia was nice and helpful but her service came after the fact. I wouldn't go back to this location, it's a shame David Yurman Fosters that culture in this store. I recommend people try a different location where the shopping experience is better."

"Had the most amazing experience of customer service and professionalism at this David Yurman. I made an appointment online to have my pieces cleaned and when I called and asked to have two bracelets put on hold the young woman who assisted me was patient and helpful. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff and within minutes assisted by Claudia K. she sat me down at the back table and inspected all my pieces and listed them on the service sheet. She then grabbed the pieces I had put on hold. She fitted them on me and that’s when we realized the medium would be a better fit. The one link bracelet was not fitting as I had hoped and she suggested another bracelet which I immediate fell in love with. I appreciate that she suggested a bracelet that was similar in price (only $75 more than the original I looked at). After check out on my two new amazing bracelets, I left (and even though she set the expectation that with the amount of pieces I left to be cleaned typically would take 24 hours) she was able to get them done while I shopped around elsewhere in the galleria. I couldn’t of asked for a more pleasant experience and very much plan to come back and shop at this specific store!"
