"Excellent example of what customer service is supposed to be. Credit application is a breeze if you’re looking to finance. But price is very reasonable making it seem like the only jewelry store you don’t need to borrow money from. From the time I walked in to the time I left I had Fariba with me taking care of everything for me. Pleasant, funny, and extremely helpful. Might have made me strictly Kay jewelry only for life. Will definitely be revisiting the Tysons corner location. Exclusively"
