"I went to Helzberg Diamnds at Tyson’s Corner on January 28, 2024. The store wasn’t very busy, there were 2 couples at the store. A couple were speaking to a salesperson, the other were browsing the catalog on the floor computer. The latter got off the computer and I headed for the chair just vacated to view the online catalogue. To my disbelief a salesperson yanked the chair! I’m of Indian origin and I could tell that the salesperson was reacting to my ethnicity. I walked to the nearby Kay Jewelers, who were more attentive. I bought a set of 1/2 carat diamond studs."

"This place is awesome! When we first walked in, Kelly Yang greeted us in a friendly, professional, and non-aggressive manner (unlike most jewelry store employees). As we were looking at rings, she genuinely tried to help us instead of focusing on making a sale. That is something I really, really appreciate. They didn't have what we wanted at the time, but Kelly and I stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks and she found the perfect ring for us and gave us an excellent offer. "I visited Helzberg Diamond on December 27th, looking to purchase a Cuban Miami link for a pendant I bought elsewhere. Initially, the service seemed promising as a woman offered assistance. However, the encounter took an uncomfortable turn. The first woman (I guess her name was Kelly)seemingly suspicious, repeatedly placed the Cuban links in a cage as if anticipating theft. Despite my reassurance and reluctance to touch them, the discomfort persisted. The second lady, with glasses, was courteous and displayed professionalism. Despite the positive interaction with the second associate with glasses , the overall experience was marred by the unwarranted suspicion and discomfort induced by the first woman. As a customer, I believe a jewelry store should prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere. I, along with my five cousins who accompanied me, left feeling dissatisfied with the service. It's crucial for a jewelry store to ensure customers feel comfortable throughout their visit. Additionally, I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer support I received at Elite Jewelers in Tysons. Unlike my experience at Helzberg Diamond, the staff at Elite Jewelers made me feel entirely at ease. They showcased their beautiful pendants, encouraging me to touch and explore them, creating a pleasant and humorous atmosphere. Considering this, I am inclined to purchase my Cuban Link and pendant from Elite Jewelers due to their outstanding customer service. Sincerely, Jamie Lopez"

"I came in to get an engagement ring for my fiancée and could not have asked for a better experience. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. I was able to communicate with her via text anytime. She really made me feel like I was her only client.
