"Overall: 3.25. Located on the 2nd floor accessible via escalator. Decent variety of items and jewelry counter. Plenty of free parking spaces just outside of the store. Metro bus stop also conveniently located on Rockville Pike. At night, parking lot very dark and feels unsafe. Great variety of other stores (e.g., Trader Joe’s, Lane Bryant, Crumbl, Dollar Store, etc.) & restaurants."
"This isn't a bad location, have seen some nicer clothing and items at other locations but it's what you would expect. The parking around this area is atrocious so be prepared. The lines are always long, even when registers are adequately staffed. That isn't what bothers me, the irritating part is the customers in the line that sigh, whine and complain about a 5-7 minute wait to check out. I've never had a speedy checkout experience at this type of store so I'm not sure what they're expecting, the entitlement is real. If a little wait doesn't bother you, then it's worth the trip."
"I've walked to the front with merchandise, seen the line, and walked out more times than I can count. there's never fewer than 20 people in line on the weekend - often way more. Truly hellish."
