"I love athleta’s clothes but man do I hate the staff and the pricing. Went in today to get a few essentials and when I went to check out the cashier was rude about using my GAP discount. And continued to be rude about me using a gift card after I had previously already asked her if it was alright, claiming I was going to get her flagged. Very unhappy to say the least."
"I want to give it zero star if I could . There was no customer service at all. Three girls who worked there were just idling. No greeting, no nothing. They were beyond rude."
"I had an outstanding shopping experience. It was fun and easy. Each team member was welcoming, insightful, and responsive. I didn’t even have to hold my items. Whenever I had an item in my hand, a team member added it to my dressing room until I was ready to try it on. When I tried it on, they made it fun and wanted to see how it looked. I felt like it was a photoshoot, and I was a model. I will probably drive out to that location from now on just for that experience."
"12/18/22: Worst customer service, from two female employees specifically. I approach the counter with my little one. I ask to order a specific pair of pants as they don’t have it in store. One employee, who seems to be training, stares at my daughter like she’s never seen a child before. Like what is this child doing at my counter?! Are people not allowed to shop with their kids? Literally your job is to make people feel welcome in your store so they’ll shop here. She asks another employee how to process an order. The second employee says she will help me. She is not friendly either. You know you’re not doing me a favor, right??? She places the order. I pay, she looks annoyed at life. The reason I ordered in store is because they provide expedited shipping vs. ordering online. Otherwise, I would’ve left. Never coming back here. And no, this doesn’t appear ti be an isolated case. Read the reviews. Seriously, who is managing this store???"
"Thrilled to have a store close by in Rockville. The store is well organized and bright. The sales associates are quick to ask if you need help but respectful if you want to look around on your own. They are also helpful in obtaining new sizes or styles if you are partially clothes in the dressing room. Parking is available in front of the store, and free."
