"The cashier (young female, short dark hair and green highlights) left a pretty bad impression after I had to interact with her. Unfortunately, she was the only staff member around so could not avoid her. She seemed very annoyed, aggressive and frankly like she hates her job. I would suggest she doesn't do it if it's burdensome to work a register. Edit: I add to the review a recent experience of racism by another staff member. This is after my visit above a few weeks ago. Overall, these experiences go to show the quality of staff at this store, their lack of fit for the job and the frequency & severity of abusive behaviour."

"Their clothes are good but it shrinks really badly. And the cashier and manager were very disrespectful. I’m very disappointed."

"Honestly I waitng for the store to go out of business. They had changed their return policy during covid to the most ridiculous ever. I had some items that all ran small and I got sick. I just wanted larger sizes and the bish manager was like "we need to be consistent across the board" retail lesson an exchange is another sale all the stuff was on the racks or wasnt even old. But because I purchased onlinenl was denied a return I should add there was ugly stuff. I purchased baby stuff that all ran small"

"Good selection of clothes available. There were a lot of clothes on the floor around the store. I guess they either fell off hangers or were dropped from shelves. It presents a hazard for someone with mobility issues. The store needs to make sure these items are picked up frequently to avoid someone tripping and falling. Trying on clothes was easy and the girl working in that area was very helpful. The employee that checked us out was obviously annoyed to be working. He asked to go on break but was told he needed to help the line of customers waiting first. He rang up our items without saying a word, except to ask if we wanted a bag. When we told him no, he replied with a condescending, "it's only five cents." Is it possible we don't care about the cost but rather bring home another plastic bag that isn't recyclable?"

"Marcia is a terrible store leader. But how can I know she is a store leader, there was no name/ position tag on her..?? I am not sure if I spelled her name correctly. She refused to give me a pen to put down her name. Cashier number is 2834645. I had to convince her to accept my returns given that I had all the price tags and receipts (within 30 days period). I didn't wear these things, but somehow she assumed that one of them was in a laundry.... I spent a lot of money in this store and first time returning something. Will never come back"
