"This location is a joke. Very chaotic. Dirty, ripped and damaged merchandise everywhere. Hard to find anything due to how disorganized it was. I keep coming to this location due to proximity but finding a clearly USED and visible pot on the shelves was my last straw. It was still wet and greasy!! Change management asap."
"I love Ross for the deals but this location is always chaotic. In addition to parking near the building being a total nightmare, any time I've ever been here it looks like a tornado came through, nothing is organized making it very hard to find what you need, piles of shoes all over the floor to the point of becoming a safety hazard, a chorus of security tag alarms going off all around you... A couple times I've seen the length of the line and just put back the couple items I had in my hands to avoid it. I would love to come here more often if it wasn't such an anxiety provoking experience but when I do go I try to get in an out as soon as I can. I wish I could have a more leisurely shopping experience to really look around and and see the selection."

"The whole store is cluttered and the sizes arent matching the hangers in the men's section at least so ensure your checking the actual clothes. I did some good pieces and a wallet and the cashier's aren't bitter as hell and quick in spite of it being so few of them . I'm sure it's due to today's work climate so I wouldn't say not to come because the price point of course just be prepared and thorough"
"I love this store BUT I have a big gripe. ROSS - PLEASE DO NOT put price stickers on the shoe. I bought a fantastic pair of White Mountain Cliffs sandals. They are fantastic, comfortable and the price unreal!! Happy as anything but every time I walk in them I hear a sticky noise as I lift my foot because there was a tag where my heel would go. The material was suede and it left a bad mark on the shoe. I hope Ross reads these reviews. As for the shoe, fantastic . As for the store itself and the merchandise, wonderful clothing and great choices. Better than any Ross I have been in. The only reason it wasn’t a five star is because of the sticker which seriously took me about 40 minutes to get off."
