"Calvin at guest services has great customer service skills. He is polite and well trained. Everyone should learn from him. If upper management hasn’t thought about promoting/giving him a raise, now is a time to consider it. You don’t find dedicated employees like him often."

"I like Target because it has a wide variety of products. The stores are clean and easy to shop around. What I don't like is that you don't know what they will have because the shelves are frequently empty and not restocked. It's also hard to find associates and they are not very approachable when you see one. I will return and like it because the prices are fair and this location is closer to home."

"Super disappointed to to go to my local target. This is not my favorite target location. The only positive thing about my trip was the lady working in the dressing room. She was super attentive and kind. She deserves a raise if you ask me. The other associates not so much. When it was time to check out no regular lanes were open. I asked the manager if she could open up a regular lane since I had some articles of clothing with the security feature on them. I was told no. I may not be shopping at this location do to the rudeness. My last experience( the last person I seen) was worst impression."

"Use to be a good store not anymore. The employees are never doing anything, and the pickup time is usually 2hours and when i ask why its taking long they say you can cancel the order and we are busy around this time. The times i order and until the time i pick up it shouldnt be that busy i get there sometimes before order is ready and NO one is at the pickup parking. No one is inline in the store because i go inside grab my own items and ask to purchase them and cancel my order. So much for the pickup option meanwhile i always order items from the same aisle. The staff definetly needs training and more professionalism when it comes to.customer services. All of them always chitchatting and on the phone. I usually order from merrifield store because thats where i live they are double busy than here and my order is always ready in less than 2hours."

"I went around 6 or 7 pm on a Friday specifically to get jeans and bras. All of the dressing rooms were closed! Ladies, can you imagine trying to buy jeans and bras without the ability to try them on??? It's impossible, and I wasn't about to buy like 30 options to pay for, take home, try on, and bring back, especially since I work the other 6 days of the week and rely on the bus to get to and from the store. I asked one employee why the dressing rooms were closed and she had no idea. I found another one who said if they don't have enough staff for the closing shift they don't have someone who can man the dressing rooms so they get closed around 6pm. The store is open until 10! I work in food service and empathize with low staffing, but this needs to be remedied. It's incredibly inconvenient. I ended up attempting to try on like 15 bras in the 80 degree bathroom at 9pm. I had to give up eventually, so although I dwindled my selection down I did have to buy a lot more than I would have had there been a dressing room available, and I will need to go back to return items. All because of low staffing, which it sounds like happens often. For all the thousands of people looking for work, apply at this Target!!! Also, self check-out was the only option after 9 pm and I had like 25 items of clothing and questions about some sale items. The guy working in self-checkout kindly asked an employee if he'd open his register for me which he did. Again, working in food service myself, I no longer expect employees to always be chipper and ultra friendly, but this guy looked like everyone he remotely cares about that he's ever met in his life died that day. I can't think of any employee anywhere any time recently who has seemed less like they want to be somewhere and interacting with other humans than this guy. It's hard to give people the benefit of the doubt when they're THIS bad. All in all a very frustrating shopping experience."
