"I was disappointed by the management of this gap. The associate let me know she couldn’t help me with a return and I would need to wait around 45 minutes to see the manager. I came back after waiting for management, he saw me at the register and proceeded to help no one and not come to the register. Then when he came to the register he offered me no assistance and just stood there letting his body language speak for him. Greatly disappointed by him being in charge."

"The store was not all that big, at least not as big as the one at Westfield Montgomery mall. I regret going to the store rather than the other one during Black Friday. They didn't have any of the clothes that I wanted to try on. I'm sure it's a great store for those who live within walking distance."
