"Long story but customer service leaves much to be desired. I needed a new tire on my bike and called to see if I could make an appointment. They said "no need, just come in," so I did...checked in at the front desk and they sent me back to the technician. He was helping someone else and didn't acknowledge me or say "I'll be with you in a few minutes" so I just stood there. After about 10 mins I just walked out of the store and no one asked if I'd been helped etc. I ended up stopping in a few days later because it's so close to my house and was helped quickly - told them I wanted to replace my back tire with a tubeless tire and left it there. They ended up replacing both of my tires and charging me for it (I understand now that's what was needed but no one told me in advance). As part of that I paid $30 for these metallic valves and the caps clearly weren't secure because I lost one during my first ride (and the other was loose). I called about it and they told me to come in to pick up a new cap - just did that and was told I'd need to buy a whole new set if I wanted a matching cap and gave me a black plastic one. Not the end of the world just super annoyed in this instance since it was their fault (literally just picked up my bike) and by the continued poor communication. Will be finding a new neighborhood shop"
