"My mother who is visiting the US wanted to visit a Lululemon store. Since, this was the nearest one we walked into this one. Christina was very helpful with her advice while selecting the right product and the right fit for my Mom and . She made the entire shopping experience very comfortable. She made sure to listen to whatever my Mom had to say and made suggestions accordingly. She made every effort to understand my Mom's concerns and I would definitely give Christina five golden stars. She is smart, very understanding and also makes sure to genuinely help customers."
"I purchased a belt bag yesterday at the Tysons corner location. First time buying at a lululemon store and this morning when I wanted to wear my bag. I found out that the sensor was still there. I had remove the tag already because I thought it was ready to wear. Then, I noticed the zipper was stuck as well, and did not work properly. I visited the store at Clarendon, and the ladies at the counter did not want to do an exchange because it was missing the tag. Unfortunately, I could enjoy my new bag, I paid for a bag that does not work, and was refused to do an exchange because it was missing the tag. In addition, the ladies tried to ignore my concern, and it felt like I was being discriminated against due to my race. This was a terrible experience for it to be my first time buying at this store, I was thinking on going back to get more stuff for the holidays, but if I’m being discriminated against and refused customer service from a mistake done by one of your employees. I won’t be spending my money at this store anymore."
