"I’ve been coming to this store for years and i’ve never had an issue before until a new manager by the name Alondra started working there not to long ago. I recently went to go buy some running shoes for my son. There Alondra was being a literal maniac on the sales floor. Screaming at associates, leaving the store to talk on the phone with family members (sounded like her boyfriend), and acts so childish. This woman was so rude when I asked her for her help, she told someone else to help me when I asked for a manager then left to go cry on the phone. I’ve came a few times and witness her crying during her hours which seems to be a result on why her associates seem not to respect her. I wouldn’t either. I think it’s irresponsible to keep her as a manager because i’ve heard a lot of complaints about her from fellow shoppers. As long as she’s there I will not be returning. Alondra ruined so many shopping experiences for me and others."

"Management needs to deal with their associates and write them up for their awful behavior towards customers. These individuals were just so bothered by us asking questions about the merchandise and rolled their eyes at us repeatedly when asking for ONE pair of shoes to try on. Hello, this is your job! We are sorry we came in and asked for you to help us and do your job! All of them need proper training in customer service. I went in on Saturday around 1pm. Whoever was there that day should all be retrained or let go! Absolutely horrific! Do not shop here!"

"I ordered a pair of Nikes in store and they charged me a shipping fee, when I went to return the shoe, they refused to credit the shipping fee. I called Nike customer service, they said that was illegal and they gave me back the shipping fee and a $10 gift card."
