"I can’t speak highly enough of the experience I had with Tyrone who helped me out in the men’s department when I was trying to use a coupon on an item. I came in during the one of the busiest seasons looking for winter accessories. Tyrone was patient and so incredibly helpful. His service exceeded my expectations and therefore I highly recommend this location."
"Big and pretty; I was impressed with the surroundings and selection. I drank a nice tea from the Starbucks located inside. A patio on one of Macy's exits, boasts reasonably sound seating (one or another opens to parking). The bathroom was spacious and clean. My party whom I visited with, stayed an hour trying on Women's things."
"Filthy environment. I feel like I'm at the Dollar General off 301 in Florida. Out of six pairs of shoes we wanted to try one, they said they had four in the requested size. Okay. Eleven minutes later, he returns and says they don't have any of them but one pair we could try on in a half size larger. Not recommended."

"OMG! Honley-moley, the Black Friday in July sales are so bonkers-great, you can't believe that the prices are real! With 20-80% off most, no taxes, you WILL find a bargain!! In particular the make up and perfumery, and the shoes. The stores are well lit, truely helpful and friendly staff who will search high and low to husband your shoes from the sales racks. Toilets are very clean, and the displays are very appealing. Temperature was very nice and atmosphere was vibrant."
