"I will never visit this store again. I literally went in, wasn’t greeted nor did she say thanks. She didn’t even wait for me to grab my shopping bag from her. Then I said thanks and the lady that wasn’t not even helping me told me thanks and have a great day (not the lady checking me out) I will never spending another dime here."
"Went at the store yesterday, I asked for a different size of the shoes that I wanted to try, but I had to keep going back and forth to the cashier to get the shoes to try when there were two staff just talking to each other. I’m the only customer but they can't even help. I wasn't happy with my purchase because they can't even sell, offer a product of talk about the product. Didn't even gave me heads up about my exchange item which was on discount. It's a small store that you feel like being watch but they can't help you LOL"
"Worse store ever, we called from Springfield mall to put on hold a shoes that their system was showing it was in stock and also a female employee confirmed on the phone to put it on hold for this day. We drove over 1 hour and these people make us waste our precious and priceless time. It is Christmas time, I can believe these heartless people didnt care and do nothing to help us, they were very unprofessional, the way they told us that they don't have the shoes we put on hold. The assistant Manager "Tia" I dont believe was her name said that the employee who lie to us on the phone was Mayaa"
