Neatly organized merchandise by department (e.g., women’s/men’s/children departments, shoes, houseware, intimates, etc.) & well-stocked store. Ample line to checkout at open registers. Clean fitting & public bathrooms. Properly staffed based on customer foot traffic."
"Cashier Valentina works so slowly. I had to remove hangers from clothes. Didn’t say hi, bye. She didn’t say the total. When I asked her, she told me after couple seconds. No eye contact. Why you keep like this staff. Do I wanna come here again ? No. When I go to mall or tj max staff very friendly."
