"They put in my bag and charge me for 2 pieces of nothing, to say that I'm shocked, it's nothing to say. You choose that store to spend YOUR money and they fool you and add a hundred dollars to your check out of the blue. The cashier was very nervous and keep dropping my items couple times before putting them in my package. Well, tomorrow she is gonna have a stress day definitely."
"TJ max has a wide variety of clothing and household goods. This location normally has a good variety of holiday nicknacks. They also have beautiful decor, although not as wide a variety as Marshall’s. They utilize both an upstairs and downstairs checkout counter so if the one upstairs is full be sure to check the downstairs one! They do offer an elevator and/or escalator for accessible options. However their doors don’t have a wheelchair button. Their store IS fragranced. They do not offer electric wheel chairs for patrons and they do have narrow isles."
"We love this location. There are so many great buys here and the variety is better than other locations. Now the downside is the employees. The manager herself is very friendly but as for the rest throw them all away. I had a question near closing time and the first associate said she didn't know and continued her task. So I asked a second associate and the body language gave it away before I could finish my question. She had her shoulders shrugged, her eyes were cut and the hands raised. Once she spoke she said go wait in line and ask them at the checkout how would I know. The checkout line was about 15 deep. I left all the items behind. I greatly enjoyed shopping but i don't want to wait twice as long checking out."
