But they always made the visit easy and pleasurable for me and my babies. They cared for my pets from birth like they were their own loved ones. "The communication on actual pricing is non-existent. They will add on as much as they can to milk customers for money and sell their, several times offered, care credit card. I declined some tests that were unnecessary for the dental extraction, so they turned their noses up at me and tried to make me feel like my cat would die if I didn't spend hundreds more on a slew of tests. Please try to find a different business that actually cares more about your pet than making you feel scared if you don't give them thousands of dollars for every test they can trick you into. They're pretty good salesmen, but not capable at caring about your pet, only your wallet."

"I have been using Bel Air Veterinary Hospital since it belonged to Dr. Cook. They have taken care of all of our "fur kids" over the years and continue to do so with professionalism & compassion. I currently have a 3yo GSP named Pepper and she loves everyone there. No anxiety when we go and never a doubt she gets great care. They are helpful with all her vaccines and preventatives and keeping me informed with renewal notices. They offer complete vet services and kennel services. They are organized and friendly and ALWAYS available when I have questions. I always share that I go there with my pet friends ! Thanks for being a great resource in Harford County !!"

"The loveliest veterinarian’s office I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many, in a few states (PA, WV, and now MD). Bel Air Vet Hospital has a consistent and reliable fee schedule, and *very* reasonable prices. I’ve taken 3 cats at once for check-up’s, flea/tick and vaccines, and had one new puppy for his first puppy visit. Both times, and for both scheduling experiences, we had great customer service and care from the schedulers/techs/vet/all. We’ve seen the same vet both times, and she and her staff all seem to work very well together.. seems like a “family friendly” environment with staff you can trust. The vet has a great “bedside” manner and was wonderful and caring with both our cats, and our puppy. I love feeling like I can ask for the vet’s opinion, and the answer I get will be straight-forward and trustworthy. We’re new to the area and it was important for me to find a clinic that we could rely on. Thankfully, this is it!"
