"The best pharmacy I've ever dealt with they're very nice and cordial the only problem is a lot of times when you call and actually want to speak to a pharmacy associate the call drops meaning you push whatever number it tells you and it hangs up on you before anybody can pick the phone up to answer. I live really close so it's not a problem but for someone that lives a little further away that's one drawback."

"This place has really gone downhill since Coronavirus started. They are constantly out of my medication and I have to wait days sometimes to get it after I call it in. A few weeks ago I was going away for the weekend and needed to refill my prescriptions before I left. I called the prescription in and the recorded message said it would be ready by 1pm the same day. I went to pick it up and the technician told me they were out of it and I would have to come back the next day. I was understandably very upset because I was going out of town and would not be able to get it the next day. What's more, I was never even notified that they were out of my prescription until I went in to get it. No phone call, nothing. And I was told I would be able to pick it up at 1 pm. The pharmacist, Penny, said she could give me a few pills of the same medicine at a lower dose until it came in, but she did not have enough to carry me over until I got back from my trip. I was very upset. I told her this was not the first time they were out of my medication and that it was unacceptable that I never even got a phone call to tell me they were out and I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I said it is a huge inconvenience to drive 25 minutes to come to this pharmacy only to be told I would have to come back another day. She used the now-cliché "we're in a pandemic" excuse and said there was nothing she could do as the pharmacy was busy giving COVID vaccines. She was very rude. Apparently, this is now primarily a vaccination clinic and pharmacy customers are lower priority. This is not acceptable to me. Very poor customer service and poor communication. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I am done with their excuses. I went to another pharmacy and luckily was able to get the medication I needed before they closed. I will not be going back to Giant pharmacy."
