"DO NOT believe these reviews. Hotel rooms need a complete makeover. Dirty furniture, dirty walls, floors. Disgusting. Housekeeping does not clean - see pics. Zipped up all my bags in case bugs came out. Linens had dust mites. had to cover bed with extra sheets. Arrived at hotel 6am after driving all night. As a Diamond member asked for late checkout. Overslept - got approval from a manager for additional time. Checked out 30 minutes past agreed upon time - then he charged me half day! Showed him these pics - did not care at all! Don't waste your time - management could care less. this is just how this hotel is run. Housekeeping is LAZY. I was led astray by false reviews. I am trying to help someone - pass on this hotel!"

"This place wasn't bad. I do agree with some of the other comments that the rooms had an interesting smell to them. I don't know if it's the type of cleaner they use, but it's not an appealing smell. My room was clean though. I was kind of annoyed that I picked my room on the app specifically because I like being near the elevator, but when I got there they changed my room. The one staff member I dealt with was friendly. Other than that I would say the number one pro is at. The shower was amazing. So many hotels have awful showers but this one had great pressure and great heat. The number one con who has the gym. It's tiny and crowded and also has that smell to it. Not my favorite homewood suites, but definitely not the worst either!"

"The old Froot Loops on the floor is Hilton’s way of letting their members know that a little snack awaits them… are you afraid of a slippery bathroom floor ? No danger here as Hilton’s employees made sure to leave the floor dirty and sticky, no one shall slip on their watch ! The overall disgusting smell of the room makes you want to open a window ? Once again Hilton has your back with a mosquito net full of holes to give you the optimum air flow. Are you uncomfortable when making eye contact with a stranger ? Don’t be afraid my friends as the lobby staff won’t lift their eye away from their phones while you walk in front of them. Is that tinnitus keeping you awake at night ? Kiss that ringing sound goodbye folks as the upcoming sounds from the paper thin wall will keep you company all night !
