"Our dog injured herself at the beginning of the summer. Scheduling surgery, therapies and recovery period would not allow us to have her groomed. She needed it badly but she had to recover enough first. Her health was the priority. During this time, her regular groomer resigned her position so when it came time to get her done I had to take her to a new place and a new person. Luckily I found Burlane’s. From the first interaction they understood the situation, set the expectations of what they would have to do to restore her healthy cost and well-being. Because she had become matted in areas ( even with daily brushing) shaving her down was the only option. They prepared us for a totally different-looking dog and she was but she looked beautiful all the same. They informed me about any possible issues from losing the heaviness of her hair and made sure I understood everything before I left. Their professionalism, communication and the care they showed my girl was definitely five star."

"My dogs always look amazing after their grooming days. I have 2 Goldens and a Cocker Spaniel and they look and smell wonderful when they return after their "Spa Days". Ashley, Laura and the whole staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, and truly care about my dogs. Their prices are fair and comparable to local groomers. I highly recommend Burlane Couture!!"

"While the employees were super nice, the haircut they gave my pup was terrible. She’s a mini golden doodle- mostly poodle. We just asked for her to be shaved short, shouldn’t be to difficult- but it was very uneven and they barely touched her face. My husband had to cut it when she got home. Paw pads were not shaved and they didn’t cut her nails either. I’m not one to leave a bad review but it sucks to pay a lot of money for something that was done terribly"

"I’ve been taking my dogs here for over 10 years and have always been pleased when Donna owned the business. Evidently someone else has now bought the business. I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed. The morning of the appointment I got a call telling me that 2 of the groomers were out sick, (actually they quit). I rescheduled and came in a few days later. I was told upon arrival that the business had changed hands and “Prices have gone up”. I was actually okay with the pricing but would have liked to have know that when scheduling the appointment. A little courtesy and respect for your customers goes a long way. When I picked my dog up, I was informed that they couldn’t cut his nails because he wouldn’t hold still. Strange… never had this happen in his 5 years of grooming there? The manager told me to “Take him to the Veteran to have his nails done”. Oh okay… only another $50 to put out for something the Groomer should do. Really??? When I went to pay, I was told that only “Cash Tips” were accepted now. Well you should have told me that in Advance too because I didn’t bring cash. All in all, just a Really Bad experience with a business that was once really Great under the previous owner. Changing ownership of this business Should Have been Seamless if done correctly for the customers. I’m seriously Disappointed and Dissatisfied with the new owners and how they conduct business. I’m sure we’ll be finding another groomer that treats us Better. Shameful… My reply to the manager’s comments: I’ve worked in Customer Service for over 40 years. Obviously… you don’t know much about that. Here’s what you should have replied if educated in Customer Service instead of Excuses. “We are terribly sorry for any confusion and disappointment during our transition. We want to make this Right with you and keep you coming back as a Satisfied Customer. We would like to offer you a Free grooming to give us another chance to earn your business. Please allow us this opportunity to make things right and keep you coming back.” But that Isn’t what you did… Shameful. Don’t defend your mistakes… own them, apologize and make it Right with your customer. Your customer doesn’t care about your policies. They only care about how you treat Them. Your Reputation is more valuable than money. Your Reputation can Make or Break your business. Your customers Support your business with their Voice and Wallet. I don’t think you quite understand that. Rule number 1- “The Customer is Always Right”."

"Ashley, Christy and team did an amazing job! I am so pleased with the care provided to my German Shepherd Camo. His fur is so shiny and soft, nails were trimmed and de-shedding has made a big difference in the my home. Great value for the price! I highly recommend them for your next pet grooming."
