"I started shopping at Global Pets about 6 months ago in search of high quality feeder insects for my bearded dragon. The first time I visited, it was clear to me that the owner and staff are knowledgeable and truly care for their animals as well as their customers. I inquired about a calcium powder for my beardie, and Jacob (owner) literally climbed on his friend’s shoulders to give me a free sample from the storage attic. In my experience with Jacob, it is clear that he is a kind-hearted, humble person and his compassion is reflected throughout his store. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, I needed to downsize my giant 62 gallon terrarium as I am moving into a much smaller space. I called Jacob one day, and asked if he would want to trade tanks with me, not expecting a yes knowing that it is unconventional. I had hoped the larger tank would benefit him and his store as well as help my own situation. He kindly agreed to make the trade. I arrived to Global Pets yesterday to swap, and ended up leaving with a perfectly sized bioactive terrarium that will be much easier for me to transport. Before and after pictures attached. Even though I will be living further away, I will always make the drive to Global Pets. I hope this business continues to thrive for years to come, it is well deserved."

"I have been a frequent shopper for quite some time now. I am in there about once a week. We now own 6 animals from Jacob. His store is always SUPER clean and his animals are very well taken care of. He will even let you hold some of them! My kids always love visiting there and Jacob is always very good with them. He lets them hold (almost) anything they want to and will answer their 8 billion questions. I highly recommend checking them out. And don’t hesitate to ask about something you don’t see because he more than likely can get it in for you."
