"I really wish that there was some sort of clear designation showing when the Target I'm going to is a "mini" Target. It's irritating enough to drive around this location but to get all the way to this target only to realize I'm not going to find half of what I came here for is very frustrating. Target has always been my one-stop-shop so although I'm sure the people in the area are happy to have access to this mini-Target, it was just a waste of time for me."
"I hate the mini store experience. The internal pressure to use the self check is toxic and oppressive. I was on a medical emergency trip and needed over two hundred dollars of stuff. I am not going to use the self check. It should be a choice and if you don't want to use the self check. Staff should accept that with a smile, not an overbearing disapproval that you aren't doing their job for them."
"Every time I come here the store is grossly understaffed. The staff that are there are doing their best but they need more help and there is almost always a long line at checkout. Good luck trying to get help finding something. Target doesn’t care about its staff or customers."
"Pleasant shopping experience overall. They have limited merchandise and carry the essentials. The meat section was sold out of pretty much everything except the pre-made options. I only saw one buggy in the store so if you are planning to do a lot of shopping I would opt for another target."
"Such a bad experience every time I go here- I always ask myself "why do I keep coming here", but this past visit will definitely be my last. I bought zucchini and a cucumber and found mold on both when I got home. Also on a Saturday night, me and several other people had to wait 5+ minutes to check out because only 2 self checkout stations worked and there was only 1 cashier- and then a "manager" walked up and proceeded to joke with the cashier completely ignoring a woman waiting at self checkout that needed assistance and the 4 other people waiting to check out. I'm really not one to write bad reviews and am very understanding(as someone who has spent years working in customer service) but this was the pinnacle of the bad experiences I've had at this target- and don't even get me started on the pharmacy. It's such a shame because Rosslyn could really use a good one-stop-shop option."
