"This location has the worst customer from the associates up to management, that I have ever experienced. On more than one occasion I had a more than just a negative experience. The employees are unapologetically rude, show no willingness to help customers in any way, seem bored unhappy and quite frankly don't want to be bothered by customers. Whether looking for an item you saw online, or using a discount code at checkout- that has been email blast to you a thousands times. As soon as you make your way towards the checkout line the employees show obvious signs of being annoyed/ irritated that you're even in the store or at the checkout counter. As if the employees have something more important to do, or checkout & assisting customers with purchases is not a part of their job descriptions; which is mind-blowing as both checkout & assisting customers is a very important part of any "retail business". My shopping experiences have been very disturbing; to encounter rude & disgruntle employees, I was treated poorly just for coming in the store. It's very disappointing and a huge deterrent and something I will never forget. Shopping should be fun, a stress reliever, not the opposite. I've always loved the Gap brands & stores, it is truly a disgrace how poorly the brand is being represented at this location. This location has a very unpleasant and toxic shopping environment. I don't intend to shop at this location for a long time or ever again. I've had too many negative shopping experiences that could have easily been avoided, if the staff at this location had any care or even basic customer service skills."
