Broad Street Commons

"T.L.D.R. Great staff, quick responses, Other Tenants can be a issue. My Wife and I had a great experience living at Broad Street. We moved in for a 9 month lease as we were getting ready to buy a house. We lived in a 4 bed apartment on the 4th floor. Maintenance did a great job servicing the apartment with next day fixes to any request I put in. The front office is filled with really awesome people who are great to work with. The rent prices were really affordable and they take care of all utilities and internet in the rent cost. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because of circumstances outside the office's control. Other tenants set off the whole buildings fire alarms twice once at 2AM and once at 10PM. (this building has the giant super load strobe light type fire alarms in the rooms). Since I lived on the 4th floor I rarely had any issues with bugs, but the first floor had 1 tenant that was so unsanitary that it caused an infestation in the apartments surrounding there's. Lastly the apartment partners out the washer / driers to a second party who services them which the third party doesn't do. They offer a request line for fixing and cleaning but they wont actually service your requests. The laundry facility is bad enough that we chose to do laundry at a much more maintained laundry mat outside the building."

"My husband and I loved living at Broad Street Commons. The entire leasing staff is absolutely so kind and accommodating- especially Julia! We had a shorter lease while we were house hunting, but loved every second of it. Maintenance was always on top of our requests, and very willing to help out- even if it was to just help us install our window a/c unit. The only thing I would say is that we didn't really love the laundry on site- however, that was managed by a company called CSC. The machines would get dirty and sometimes be down; however, that was CSC moreso dropping the ball and not servicing the machines. So we found a great laundromat within walking distance that we would just take our clothes to instead! Overall I think Broad Street is a great place to live at! We absolutely enjoyed our time there"

Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, reflecting their dedication to resident comfort. The management office is very responsive and swiftly attend to any concerns residents may have. Additionally, its prime location near SUNY Plattsburgh campus, shuttle services, and a variety of restaurants make daily life incredibly convenient. Remarkably, all these perks come at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed living environment!"

"Great place to stay, I’m a travel nurse and stayed there for my assignment. The bed was a twin and a little soft but a mattress pad helped! When there were any issues, it was fix fast!"
