"Recently stayed during the Christmas Holiday visiting relatives. Staff was attentive, professional, friendly and kind. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast nice. A great value for half the money of a $500 night hotel. Will stay at Hampton Inns when possible. Thank you."

"Recently stayed here for a couple of nights. Overall, it was quite nice. Most of the staff were pleasant and the room was clean and well stocked. In our interactions with the front desk clerks, they seemed a bit cold and not friendly/inviting. Like they didn't want to answer questions or be bothered. The one main issue I did notice was that they put out expired yogurt during breakfast. I informed them, and they replaced the expired ones. The rest of the breakfast was really good and varied. They had multiple flavors of waffles, which I thought was really cool. I've never seen a hotel do that before. They had vanilla ones both days, banana one day, and chocolate the second day. If the staff were a bit friendlier handling issues and answering questions, and better at ensuring quality food, it would have been 5 stars."

"Stayed here for 5 nights. After checking in at the front desk, we went upstairs to our room. Did an inspection of the room only to discover dirty and stained bed sheets and pillowcases! The bed had a blood or poop stain. Gross and disgusting! Went back downstairs and asked for a new room and was told they were “sold out”. Only resolution was for me to play housekeeper and change all 8 pillowcases and the fitted and flat sheets for both beds. Anyways… 2 queen sized beds, room was spacious enough for 3 people. They use the big pump-topped bottles for toiletries instead of the single use bottles. The shampoo ran out after the first night. Standard breakfast choices: eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal, waffle, yogurt. Parking lot was big, never had a hard time finding parking. They should have more garbage cans, hotels usually one on each floor and near the exits."

"If I could give 10 stars for service I would!!!! We came in from out of state for a wedding. I talked to Karen on the phone and she was incredibly accommodating and super polite. Once in town I talked to Jennifer, she too was just incredible to work with...these two ladies deserve a raise!! After the wedding we had many people in the hotel room and we were far too loud I will admit. Instead of being angry and potentially kicking the people out, they offered up the lobby and where they serve breakfast at for us all to keep the party going. I've never seen that before. Over all the stay was great even if it was only one night. The rooms were very clean and nice, all the people were very friendly. 10/10 I would return and highly reccomend. Thanks from Chicago Karen and Jennifer!!!!!"

"The ladies in the breakfast kitchen are A M A Z I N G ! They keep the food supply FULL AND, most importantly, CLEAN! I am so impressed. A hot breakfast is served with a smile and grace, and these ladies made the experience smooth to spite a very full room of some demanding customers. Seriously, I am impressed by them. The hotel rooms are clean, and the check-in staff was also patient. The elevator has a weird rattle, and the drain in our bathtub was broken, but it still drained. Overall, a great place to stay, but the ladies in the breakfast kitchen are the best around. Well done!"
