Best Western Plus Plattsburgh

"To start off they have no cameras outside so any incidents that happen outside are not their concern. Following that my car got targeted in their parking lot more than once on a 5 day stay. Rooms are decent and service is good but you may have to spend thousands to get your car fixed after staying there. Is it worth it ? In my opinion no stay somewhere else. I posted the picture below of the first time my car got hit on this trip"

"I travel for my job all over this country and stay at many different hotels so I can give an honest rating. I stayed here 4 nights. This being an older hotel but with a new hotel feel with two levels and don't have to wait for an elevator and with a modern and updated lobby.. Easy quick access to outdoors..Rooms are very very clean and quiet. The staff is absolutely friendly and is happy to engage in conversation. This hotel gives you a free breakfast buffet that would cost 20 bucks in a restaurant with solid plates and silverware NOT plastic. 24/ 7 machine that makes all different flavors of coffee hot chocolate etc.. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves five stars across the board. Good job !!"

"Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location: you’re near the I87 ramps, gas stations, supermarkets. There was plenty of parking so we always found a spot near our room. There was a short wait for check in. Diamond status was acknowledged and I was given a choice of 2 beverages: water or soda. The room/bathroom was clean. There were 2 sinks in the room which was a huge plus. However there is only 1 hook in the bathroom and the bathroom is on the smaller size. The beds are also on the smaller size. Breakfast was good, large seating area with lots of tables/chairs. Good variety of food too and there were 2 waffle makers. Breakfast staff was busy refilling the food and cleaning up. They use ceramic plates/bowls and metal utensils here instead of the disposable/plastic cutlery and plates. There is a coffee/espresso machine by the front desk but it only worked 1 of the 3 days we were there."

"Great reception staff, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean as was the entire motel. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Location for our adventures was perfect. Would stay again."

"I only stayed 1 night, but they have a large indoor pool with arcade room on one end. I didn't go in the pool, but the room was very warm. They also have complimentary breakfast with large selection of choices from eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, toast, and many others. You can book 2 rooms that can connect to each other. If I'm in the area again, I definitely would book here again."
