"We stayed in one of the Racine’s smaller apartments for about a year and a half. All of the included amenities of the apartment remained in good condition with no problems for us. Exterior of the apartments look clean and nice, yards and parking lots are well maintained (including snow plowing in the winter). Whenever we did need to contact the landlord or maintenance, they were always responsive and friendly. The neighbors in and around our building were never a problem either. A few good stores or places to eat within easy walking distance as well. Being close to the carwash means people may be driving into the lot late at night, but for us it was basically unnoticeable. For myself, being a light sleeper, the train at night was more of the problem, but it’s difficult to find an apartment in the City of Plattsburgh that is completely away from railroads. Also, we felt the price for monthly rent was quite good and fair for all of their apartments; I assume this may not always be possible, but they did not increase our rent when we renewed our lease which was also a plus. Honestly, nothing really negative to say, I would definitely recommend renting from Racine Properties based on our experience."
