"I went there and requested a refill for my prescription and they said they would text me in a couple days when it got sent in. After a week and a half of no texts, I went into the pharmacy to find out they “forgot” to send in the request. Unbelievable. The workers don’t value your time and never seem to know what the hell they’re doing."
"The woman Rayven who works there is very unprofessional and rude. I asked where an item was located she proceeded to have her back turned and just point and say “over there” so I had to just walk around the store until I found what I was looking for. That bright color wig on her head must be on too tight"
"I called the pharmacy to confirm if this location had my prescription in stock (my usual CVS pharmacy had none). I was on hold for over 20 minutes and never reached a live person. I put the call on hold and called the front store. No one picked up and my original call was disconnected. I tried 3 more times before I gave up and called another CVS location. Pharmacy issues aside, this CVS location doesn’t have as many items as others (i.e., nail polish). So head to another location if you can."
"All CVS stores have completely went downhill. With the way they treat their customers to how they NEVER have the quantity or prescriptions these doctors are writing, and all the stealing from theives in and out daily...its pathetic. They have also shorted me 30 tablets and before I left the store I realized it and that could have been a HUGE problem for me. My friend also was shorted by them a few mths prior. Kindness goes a long way as well especially from a health care prospective, I think a lot of them left their kindness at home."
