"Must see if in Albany, loved walk thru it. Great architecture and design by Wallace Harrison, who, no doubt, was looking to Brazilian genius Oscar Niemeyer, who designed Brasília, the capital of Brazil constructed back in 1959. Just google "Brasilia Esplanada" and you'll see."
"Stunning views of the capitol and surrounding buildings, throughout the plaza. Free ice skating in the winter. Bring your own skates. We need to come back when it isn’t so cold - several venues were closed off due to construction. But I can see how this area is an attractive entertainment hub of Albany, when everything is open and the weather is better"
"I absolutely loved walking around this beautiful plaza. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Plus, the views are amazing. If you go underground there are places to eat, a gift shop and restrooms. This is a definite must visit spot while visiting the area."
