"I would like to thank The Albany Visitors Center for going out of their way to accommodate us on our visit in May. They were cautious following all of the Covid restrictions and protocol and My Brother, Brother in Law and I were able to visit following all of their rules. My Brother served on the CG- 10 Albany as a Missle Control Technician in the Mediterranean in the late 1970's and early 1980's. My Senior trip after High School was visiting him in Italy 1977/78 for New Years week, my Mother and I were able to tour the ship. Coming to Albany and The Visitors Center and also visiting Altamont Fairgrounds to view the Hull of The Albany and The Visitors Center beautiful Replica of The CG-10 Albany made our trip to New York a wonderful experience. Thanks to Cathy Quandt and Wayne Van Amberg for their leadership and guidance. Dave"

"Helpful staff provided great tips on how to spend a day in downtown Albany and offered pointers on walking tour highlights. In addition to maps and brochures, the information centre has a surprisingly large exhibition on the history of Albany."
