"February 3, 2024 Upon arriving at the store, I noticed the case of filters that I wanted to purchase on the top rack . Approximately 7:49 PM tonight, there are four people over at customer service. I asked the gentleman if someone can help get down a case of filters. About three minutes later announcement was made over the PA system associate to assist a customer in my aisle. Furthermore, it took about 10 minutes for someone to come assist me. The gentleman was very helpful. Nevertheless, you would have thought one of the four people at customer service just hanging out chatting about nothing work related would’ve took a moment to ask me what I needed something they simply could’ve done. I’m glad they are not on my payroll."
"I always come here after losing my mind at the nearby Home Depot. Some brands are slightly different, but there’s generally enough overlap and proper options to achieve the same goals. And the layout/navigation is slightly better, so that’s a big win."
"I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but I don’t believe companies should offer a service they can’t fulfill. I asked customer service if there was someone to make a key. Yes I will get them for you. Great fantastic service. Then I waited and waited and waited for about 15 minutes. Another customer came up and said a worker told her to use the kiosk. Why offer the service then. I went to Lowe’s because they offer this service and now customers are being told to use the kiosk. This is unfortunate being I was in the area. But also a good reminder why I go to small town hardware stores. They have exceptional service. It’s unfortunate Lowe’s is so big and offer services they can’t fulfill."
"Went there to purchase a new washer machine. Walked through appliances and not a soul around. Went a second time a week later and two appliance associates told me they didn't have time they were already busy. I bought my washer at Home Depot. They had an associate that actually was working with customers. Sad considering I am a long term former Lowes employee. Things sure have changed for the worst there. I remember when you didn't walk away from a sale."
