His customer service was outstanding, and the paint I was looking for he made it possible by mixing two shades of white to give me exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received today. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect paint. I would definitely will be purchasing my future paint from this location thanks to Sheik."

"Went to the store in Latham on Saturday September 30th around 4pm. The kid behind the counter was sitting down and on his phone watching videos. He was not helpful. He told us and someone else who came in that the paint tint machine was down and he couldn't tint any paint. I think he just didn't want to do any work. He probably lost a ton of money for the store. We ended up going to Lowes."

"The staff and manager here are great, but I would not ask them to recommend a painter. I’m a business owner and needed a professional painter, I asked them for a recommendation and they gave me a card for someone they said was a professional. I hired the guy, he showed up, charged us an arm and a leg and did a lousy job. We were okay with paying the thousands of dollars he wanted, but it turned unprofessional when we noticed the rushed job and he still demanded payment immediately. He didn’t even give us a chance to inspect his work. We gave him the full amount just to get the business transaction over with and him off our premises. A few weeks later, I shared my story with another Sherwin employee in a different store and they told me the reason he was highly recommended by this store is because he has a large account with them. I feel scammed. Sherwin Williams should just stay clear of any third party recommendations."

"Super friendly sales people and superb products - what's not to like? Minus half a star for exorbitant prices but this is as good as it gets in terms of paint available for an average homeowner in our neck of the woods. You typically have to wait for special sales events to save a buck or two."
