"Customer service was horrible!! I went in around 3:30pm 8/30/22 The young lady waiting on me wouldn't say a single word. I greeted HER. I spoke to HER. I THANKED HER. God even knows why. She never made eye contact or would even tell me what my total was. I kid you not. Did NOT SAY ONE WORD! If she worked for me she would be fired. I would never tolerate this in my shop. My number one rule with people who work for me is communication with the customer."
"Bought some vinyl from here and I went to return it they told me they can’t return it and I was told I can only exchange for the same thing . Mind you the vinyls they sell don’t work so I was like no I want my money back or something els the store ast manager wasn’t trying to help me so I ended up losing 42 dollars and just dumped all the vinyl on there register and left! Never again"
