Hyannis Harbor Hotel

"Place was super clean and modern! Staff was SUPER friendly too! Location was perfect (across from the Hyline and up the road from the Steamship Authority). Would 100% stay again."

"The best time I like visiting places like Cape Cod is usually after the summer season when the crowds are gone and there is a sense of peace and quiet. That said, the wife and I celebrated out 25th Anniversary in New England and stayed overnight at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. We used AAA to book a nice and clean room (with king-size bed) that appeared to be recently renovated (at the main building). The bathroom was clean with a modern shower. The person at the check-in desk was friendly and nice. We'll definitely visit the Hyannis Harbor again and will consider staying at this hotel again (after the summer season)."

"My wife and I spent the weekend at this hotel for the first time. When we arrived the hostess we very friendly and polite. The room was big and very clean. The restaurant was walking distance which was nice we walked along the harbor on the way back. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"I can’t speak to the location or rooms as I will not be staying. They mislead potential customers by telling you can relax in their indoor pool during the cooler months. But then if you dig deeper it tells you the pool is closed during this cooler months. They have told me to dispute the claim through my credit card company rather than give a refund even though I called back within days of making the reservation and noted on my reservation it was based on the pool being open. So they get one star for deceptive advertising and their unwillingness to provide a refund."

"For a hotel that charges $300 plus a night, I give it a 4 out of 10. Here's why: 1. Rooms could use a bigger bathroom. 2. There were wholes in the wall of the bathroom. 3. Rooms could use a sleeper sofa. 4. Windows in room need a safety mechanism to protect people from falling out of the windows. 5. Outside of room balcony needs a higher wall for separation/privacy of other guest. 6. The chemical smells in the hallways- Feels like you get an instant high. 7. Hallways are humid. 8. They need better signage for room numbers. I saw every single guest get lost trying to find their room. 9. Indoor pool closed, should be posted on website and around lobby. 10. It's only expensive because it across from the Hyannis Harbor docks and ferry. Yes, very convenient but there are way better places to stay less than a mile away in all directions. 11. Pool is very small."
